Cloudiness is the most extreme with high highs and low lows at opposing poles with the fewest datapoints in the middle. This may be due to how storms form, starting in heat or cold. As temperature and humidity become more extreme, so does cloudiness. Wind patterns and speed also influence their direction

While cloudiness helps protect against UV raise, travellers are still strongly advised to bring suncreen to even cloudy locales. Should the clouds become black and more active, travellers are also urged to stay indoors for safety reasons and to montior locale weather channels to see if there are more threats on the way.
