Temperature increases as the latitude gets closer to the equator (0) and vica versa. Sunlight hits the equator more due to the tilt of Earth's axis which leads to warmer temperatures. Warmer temperatures lead to more evaporation and moisture in the air which also contributes to humidity.

An important caveat is the dates of the data may also be during different season as they are opposite on different hemisphere. Travellers should keep in mind these factors when planning a trip.
